Dear Friends, Fans and Buddies! Dear Everyone,
We just had the MOST FUN weekend at the Folk Alliance with our new Agent Virginia Prater from Charisma Artist Agency. She seemed to know everybody in Memphis, really hlped us meet some great industry people, and she didn't mind sharing a bed with Jenny in a tiny Hotel Room with four of us! ha ha!
So in other news, we are about to embark on our third tour of Florida. We have shows in Gainesville, Tampa, Deland, Cape Canaveral, St Augustine's Beach, Breax Bridge Louisiana, Houston, etc! When we get back to Austin we are playing some cool shows for SXSW and in early April we are opening for Southern Culture on the Skids in San Antonio!
We are so please to announce two upcoming European tours for this year. May 20-June 6th we will be touring Belgium and Holland and we've been booked thru Surfing Airlines. We are also keeping our fingers crossed because in December we might be touring Germany with Jeff and Vida, and Michael Cleveland and Flamekeeper! OH BOY! Anyhow- We have been getting GREAT reviews on Mean Old Way, posted in the Press section, and we are still on the Texas Roots Music Charts! Wahoo!

Dear Everybody bein' everywhere,

We are almost all back in Austin after a much needed vacation and lots of delicious holiday eating. This month of January finds us realllly busy playing shows all over Texas... We've got Marble Falls, Austin, and San Antonio! I may be most excited for our show "opening" for Jonathan Richman on Wednesday the 27th at the Continental Club in Austin on South Congress... Whatta guy! We are busy working on new songs, new fiddle tunes, organizing our 3rd annual Chili Cook-Off for May, and also... trying to book our first European tour! We are also headed to Memphis in Feb for the Folk Alliance, which Katy Rose has done an amazing job of booking... ooh la la! Here we come 2010!

Dear World,

This year was busy! We went all over the country, from Texas to Seattle up the West Coast and down thru the Rockies. We saw the bayous of Louisiana and the shores of Florida several times. We've just come home from a WONDERFUL trip up to NY and New England, and we got to see a lot of the South on our way home to boot. We had an awesome year, and we're so excited to announce that we our now part of the Charisma Artist Agency! We have a booking agent! Hooray! They are home to some of our favorite bands and boy do we feel lucky! Thanks for all the support, we couldn't do it without all the fine people we know and have met along the way....Hope everyone has a happy holiday season and lots of love to you!
